The Company is headed by businessman Meir Shamir, who acquired control of the company in 1992 and has served as its CEO ever since. Over the years, the Company changed its investment profile and moved from relying on successful experience in the acquisition, turn around and sale of companies such as Lipman Electronics Engineering and the Tnuva group, to investments in four main fields of activity: investments in real estate, energy, financing investments and investments in technology companies.
